Mishmash is a reflection of who we are as chefs and international Koreans. It is our story as neither Koreans or foreigners, but an international crew whos identity lies somewhere in between.
We as a team are constantly growing, learning, and rediscovering Korea's lost flavors and the foods that define our connection to the country. We work with local farmers to bring local, quality Korean produce to the forefront of the Seoul dining scene. We have an ability to see korean food from a fresh perspective. In this way our food is neither Korean nor fusion in the traditional sense, but a translation of the foods we love and want to see more of---we believe this is an experience worth sharing.
